Fees

Our fee structure is designed to maintain the sustainability and smooth operation of the lending platform. Below are the types of fees involved, each with their description followed by their current, minimum, and maximum values.

Borrower Interest Rates

The platform offers variable interest rates for borrowers depending on the loan term selected. Below are the current Annual Percentage Rates (APR) for different loan durations:

  • 3 Months: 8%

  • 6 Months: 8.8%

  • 12 Months: 9.7%

Note: The maximum interest rate for any loan term cannot exceed 20%.

Protocol Fee

A fee taken by the platform during borrower repayment. It is calculated as the difference between the Borrower's APR and the Lender's APR.

  • Current Value: 1.5%

  • Maximum Value: 4%

Origination Fee

Fee based on the loan amount. It is paid at loan repayment. The fee decreases by the fee reduction factor as the loan amount increases, based on a bracket system.

  • Initial fee current value: 1%

  • Initial fee maximum Value: 3%

  • Fee reduction current value: 1.4%

  • Fee reduction minimum value: 1%

Current Bracket System:

  • Up to $50,000: initial fee applied

  • >$50,000 to $100,000: initial fee reduced by the fee reduction factor

  • >$100,000 to $500,000: further reduced by applying the fee reduction factor again

  • Above $500,000: further reduced by applying the fee reduction factor again

Prepayment Fee

If a loan is settled prior to the specified term, a prepayment fee is assessed. This fee is calculated through a Prepayment Penalty Coefficient, formulated as:

PrepaymentPenaltyCoefficient=(OriginalLoanDuration(seconds)TimeElapsedSinceLoanStart(seconds))/OriginalLoanDuration(seconds)Prepayment Penalty Coefficient= (Original Loan Duration (seconds)−Time Elapsed Since Loan Start (seconds)) / Original Loan Duration (seconds)

The prepayment fee is then determined by:

PrepaymentFee=OutstandingDebtatTimeofPrepayment×PrepaymentPenaltyCoefficientPrepayment Fee=Outstanding Debt at Time of Prepayment×Prepayment Penalty Coefficient

Repay Grace Fee (Late Repayment Penalty)

Additional fee incurred if repayment is done during the grace period, which is a fixed period after the loan deadline. It is calculated on top of the sum of the loan amount plus the accrued interest.

  • Current Value: 2.5%

  • Maximum Value: 4%

Repay Grace Period

This is the time after the loan duration where repayment can still occur without leading to immediate liquidation.

  • Current Value: 5 days

  • Minimum Value: 2 days

  • Maximum Value: 15 days

Liquidation Fee

Fee incurred during the liquidation process. It is calculated on the borrower's loan amount.

  • Current Value: 5%

  • Maximum Value: 15%
